Managing Vexatious Requests

In this session, our chair, Lynn Wyeth, Head of Information Governance and DPO and Leicester City Council is joined by Paul Mutch from the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner and Sarah Laws of London Borough of Camden. Together they provide clarity on the type of cases that are vexatious and recommendations on when, where and how to use this exemption.
