Prices are per month and exclude VAT. Minimum term one month.

*eCase Direct is an entry-level version designed for public sector bodies with lower annual case/correspondence volume, such as local government, where only one team process the majority of FOI/EIR, DPA/SARs and complaints within the organisation.

†eCase Lite is an entry level version which is cost-effective if you only need one of the following groups of case types. Either FOI/EIR requests; or Correspondence (including Ministerial Letters, Treat Officials, general correspondence); or Parliamentary Questions (including all PQ types e.g. oral questions, named day, ordinary written, Lords orals, Lords written)

Prime options don’t have a restriction on the number of case type groups.
